The State Institute for Early Education and Media Competence (IFP) with place of service Amberg searches at the next possible time a scientific speaker (m/w/d) in full time, limited to 30.06.2028 The State Institute for Early Education and Media Competence (IFP), an out-of-university research institute of the Free State of Bavaria, is looking for a scientific lecturer (m/w/d) of a third-party funding project in the field of early education at the earliest possible time. In this responsible position, you actively contribute to the digitalization and practical further development of the educational and education plan for children from 0 to 10 years in Hessen (BEP). This will make you an important contribution to quality development in day care facilities and to the professionalisation of educational professionals. The education and training plan was developed in 2004 by the State Institute for Early Education in Munich and published in December 2007. Its implementation is supported by various measures, including training courses for different target groups in Hessian daycare facilities. These offers are intended to help educational professionals to integrate the content of the BEP into their practice in a sustainable manner and to open up the best possible educational and development opportunities for children. Profile University degree (Master, Diploma [univ.]) in childhood education, psychology, pedagogy, educational sciences or education management (Master, Diploma [univ.]) or in another social science course Insufficient experience in early pedagogical research Experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of practical projects in the early educational context Experience in the targeted development of digital content and solutions for professionals, parents and authorities Experience in the design and administration of digital platforms Experience in public relations Very good knowledge of the system of day care facilities and the carrier landscape Very good conceptual skills in the development of educational content in the field of early education Very good knowledge in the areas of early education, in particular the educational plans Good knowledge and experience in the system of professionalisation of pedagogical professionals Research experience and scientific support of projects in the early education sector High communication capability, structured work and pronounced social sensitivity
