You are responsible for the independent and timely implementation of monthly wage and salary bills for a fixed group of employees. You are available to our executives and employees as contact persons in billing, wage tax and social insurance issues. You take care of reporting and certification as well as the processing of correspondence with sickness insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities. You ensure that statutory requirements and deadlines are complied with and implemented in tax and social security law. You are responsible for creating statistics and personal evaluations. You can help with tax and social insurance audits as well as the optimization and automation of billing processes.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in wage accounting, and well-founded knowledge in wage tax and social security law. Ideally, you have professional experience in a comparable position in a producing medium-sized company with international locations. You are versed in handling MS Office and accounting software (DATEV). You bring very good knowledge of German and good English and enjoy working on global projects in international teams. You score with a structured, self-responsive working style and a high level of readiness. Discretion and service orientation are of course for you. A strong communication skills is one of your strengths.
