With your expertise, you can significantly support the compliance department in the continuous optimization and further development of our compliance management system. As a Compliance Officer (m/w/d), you will consult our specialist departments and international locations on all compliance-relevant issues – in particular in the areas of anti-corruption and anti-money laundering. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in Human Rights Management / as a human rights officer. They analyze and evaluate compliance risks and accompany internal audit procedures. In addition, ensure the implementation and follow-up of resulting measures. They are responsible for the implementation and continuous development of internal guidelines. Your know-how is driving the regular review and adaptation to current regulatory requirements. As part of the business partner compliance, you will specifically introduce your experience in the analysis and risk-based assessment of business partners. They design and carry out internal compliance training independently and thus make a decisive contribution to the sustainable anchoring of a company-wide compliance confession.

A degree in law, economic law, economics or equivalent Multiannual professional experience (4-6 years) in the compliance department of a company or in the consulting and testing of compliance management systems Impressive analytical and conceptual skills to capture compliance risks Very good English skills in word and writing Excellent communication capability, a high degree of integrity and a pronounced organizational talent Self-employed and earnings-oriented working and high team capacity Essential readiness to travel for occasional journeys (approximately 15 %)
