As (Senior) Web Analytics Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for developing and implementing a long-term roadmap for the integration of Google Analytics, Looker and Looker Studio into the organization Implementation of data-based analyses for deriving recommendations for product development, marketing and management Introduction and use of Optimizely, controlling A/B tests and deriving concrete measures to improve conversion rate and user experience Ensuring high data quality, creating automated reports, establishing KPIs and measuring the influence of analytics on business decisions Promoting a data-driven corporate culture by supporting teams in the use of analytic tools and comprehensible communication of complex facts

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management, statistics, marketing or a comparable background Multiannual Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Day Management Systems, Looker and Looker Studio Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization as well as the BigQuery use for data analysis and integration with visualization tools Technical know-how in the GA4 implementation for mobile apps (feeder, iOS, Android) and web platforms, including Firebase Analytics and custom event tracking Experience in implementing data layers, server-side tagging and reliable tracking infrastructure for web and mobile applications Embossed communication and presentation skills, flowing in German and safe in English
