Shift supervisor / Filler operator (m/f/d)

Coordination of line occupation Instruction of employees for work safety, hygiene and machine operation on the machine Organisation of the documentation of disturbances, productive and unproductive working hours, production quantities and quality controls of the production layer Plant operation / unit operation in shift service (including filling units and mixing units) Cleaning and documentation according to appropriate cleaning plan (including implementation and monitoring of CIP and sterilization processes) Executing machine upgrades as well as on and off the lines Ensuring and verifying compliance with the quality and safety guidelines on the machines Communication between employees, leaders and supervisors (production manager)

Complete vocational training on the specialist for food technology /drinking technology / brewery & malls or comparable qualification A completed beverage business master or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the beverage industry in a comparable position Knowledge and experience in production processes and safe handling of hygiene regulations Layer readiness (breakfast and late) Detailed machine and plant knowledge Certain working methods, flexibility, resilience, responsibility for leadership, high personal safety
