As a “Sales Manager (w/m/d) Homologation & Typprüfung” you are instrumental in driving our services in the automotive industry nationally and internationally. Develop sustainable customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and represent TÜV Rheinland in the design of secure, clean and innovative mobility.

Acquisition of new customers and expansion of long-term relationships with existing customers in the automotive industry (national and international, OEMs and suppliers). Analysis of customer needs and potentials as well as independent development and implementation of growth-oriented strategies. Presentation and distribution of our comprehensive service portfolio in close cooperation with our specialist departments. Participation in national and international trade fairs as well as active market and competition observation. Creation of individually tailored offers incl. Tracing, contract negotiations and pricing.

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the technical distribution of products/services in need of declaration, ideally focusing on services in the automotive industry Professional knowledge in the areas of homologation, type testing, vehicle testing and technical advice and service are desirable Communication and negotiation-proof in German and English, paired with strong customer focus and persuasive power Safe handling of MS Office and CRM systems (probably Salesforce) as well as high travel readiness
