Technical and organizational management of the heart catheter laboratory, angiology and neuroradiology Coordination of all missions and service hours of the team, ensuring optimal staff placement and care Active promotion of team collaboration and ensuring an interdisciplinary exchange Ensuring smooth operations of all investigations and interventions Continuous support and motivation of all colleagues to promote professional and personal development Acquisition of (rough) Guided tour of regular employee talks incl. Completed training as nurse, nursing, nursing, nursing, nursing, nursing or medical specialist Medical specialist Ideally leadership experience as a lead Successfully completed management course or foreseeable in the near future Professional appearance and sovereign behaviour even in stress situations Embossed lightness in dealing with people as well as ability to effectively motivate the team Self-employed and responsible work readiness to continuously develop and adapt to changing requirements Openness for new challenges
