Support of the management of the work in all organizational and administrative tasks Correspondence, scheduling and telephone calls (in German and English) Planning, preparation and execution of meetings incl. Guest accommodation Creating protocols, presentations and various other elaborations, partly also technical Care of a structured storage system Cooperation with authorities and service providers

High school degree, completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of assistance/secretary in a manufacturing company Confidential and binding procedures Individually responsible, structured and solution-oriented processing of tasks as well as communicative and empathic strength Very good MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
