Specialist Quality Data and Analytics (m/f/d)

You manage, maintain and optimize QM applications (e.g. SAP S/4HANA QM, CAQ systems) and ensure system stability, data quality and process compliance You assume the technical responsibility for SAP S/4HANA QM, cooperate with implementation, rollout and migration projects and coordinate adaptations with IT and external service providers You analyse the requirements of the departments, identify optimization and automation potentials in QM processes and jointly implement them with the departments You create and maintain process documentation and training documents and support users through training and 1st / 2nd level support You build digital reporting and monitoring solutions (e.g. dashboards, KPI evaluations) and work closely with IT, production, logistics, purchasing and other departments. You analyse error messages, conduct root-cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions to continuously improve system and process quality

You have completed studies or technical training with further education in the field of quality management, computer science, business information technology or a comparable field of expertise. You bring experience in quality management and good knowledge of relevant QM processes in a manufacturing environment with Ideally, You have very good knowledge in the SAP S/4HANA module QM or are ready to build them up in a timely and targeted manner. You have a high IT affinity and experience in handling QM software or CAQ systems You are characterized by excellent analytical possibilities and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. You communicate safely with different stakeholders and enjoy the support and training of users. You are ideally experienced in the project management and are interested in topics such as digitalization, system integration and process automation in quality management.
