I actively shape the latest systems in the high-voltage network of today and tomorrow. This makes this job interesting for me: As a system integrator*in for station control technology, I work at the interface between the technology and the operation – with real influence on the availability, safety and future capability of the high-voltage network. In a highly specialized environment, I develop technical standards, evaluate new technologies and carry out system checks on test and pilot plants. I combine strategic thinking with deep technical know-how and work closely with experts from network operation, system management and service providers. As a central expert, I am responsible for the overall system integration of station control technology in the maximum voltage network of 50Hertz.
