Medical assistant as team leader or health care worker as PDL part-time or full-time for dialysis (m/f/d)

Patient tasks You test, judge and document the patient's condition. You advise patients on their compliance (e.g. diet). You carry out prophylactic measures, prepare laboratory withdrawals and carry out them. You take patient-related measures (e.g. wound care, injections and drug delivery). You prepare the dialysis place and the machine. You punctuate the shunt, assess and document it or the ZVK. You start the HD and regularly control the condition of the patient You remove the dialysis needles, take care of the puncture site and control the blood distillation. You document dialysis in the computer program. Staff and operational tasks You take the lead of team calls. You are involved in recruiting and incorporating new employees. You participate in care visas and case meetings. You participate in quality assurance workgroups. You work with the planning, implementation and optimization of work tasks and workflow organization. You are responsible for personnel and operational planning. You own IT affinity. You are responsible for the accounting of statutory and private medical services. You coordinate the care team. You work closely and trustfully with the medical management and, if necessary, the ambulance. You are responsible for quality control.

You are a qualified health caregiver (m/w/d) or have a training course for PDL or similar You spray team spirit, show sense of responsibility and motivation. You understand something about targeted work and performance. You bring communication strength, flexibility and sensitivity in patient contact. You want to work in a great team. You want to further develop your skills and enjoy advanced and advanced training (e.g. additional qualification MFA in dialysis). First professional experience in dialysis is desirable, but no need. Everyone is welcome.

We pay a very attractive salary We pay supplements for the entire hourly wage: Saturday supplement 30%, holiday supplement 100%. We conclude an indefinite contract with you. We work you comprehensively into dialysis if you have no experience yet. Our working hours in dialysis are family-friendly: Mo.+Mi.+Fr. 6.45 – 19.45 in 2 shifts, Di.+Do.+Sa from 6.45.-14.45. With us there are no night shifts and you always have free on Sundays. Saturday you work up to 14.00.
