You will be part of our Group-wide Data Management & Business Intelligence team and take a key role at the interface between day-to-day operations, data analysis and process design. You take care of the subsequent purification of historically incorrect data stocks and develop strategies for structured care and correction in the system. You shape end-to-end data processes that are sustainable and scalable and work with various specialist departments such as finance, purchasing and IT. You solve ad hoc queries and operational problems in the data context quickly, pragmatically and with the view for the big whole. You don't think in classic reporting structures, but you develop operational data management solutions that actively support the day-to-day business and secure data quality across departments & over the long term. You design and establish new processes for data processing and care – also across system boundaries – and you are a driver of transparency and efficiency. You work closely with internal stakeholders and management and regularly present your results and recommendations for action.

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Mathematics, BWL with Data Focus or a comparable degree course. You bring at least 4–5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data operations or process analysis – ideally in a dynamic environment. You have been able to work with ERP systems for several years (e.g. SAP B1). You can control SQL and Python safely and have experience with common BI technologies (e.g. Azure Synapse, Tableau, Pandas, Excel, SQL Server). You have a strong understanding of processes and data flows. You work structured, think proactive, have a strong Ownership mintset and recognize potentials for optimization at an early stage. You are characterized by transparent and clear communication and have very good knowledge of German and English (min. C1 level). You present your results safely and convincingly in management meetings.
