You provide technical and organizational support for our residential and commercial real estate stock and ensure a proper, economic property condition. In detail: Technical care of the objects during operation Identification, assessment and traceability of defects Guidance and maintenance of a defect list / defect database Collection, testing and comparison of offers Negotiations and awards of craft services Coordination, control and monitoring of external craftsmen Decrease of local craft services Invoicing of craft services Recalculation of benefits Monitoring and organisation of maintenance contracts and maintenance Processing of insurance cases (according, voting, documentation) Key management for residential and commercial properties Implementation and documentation of object transfers and withdrawals (residential and commercial units) For projects: Technical support of new construction projects in cooperation with architects Support for external construction management Self-contained construction management for smaller renovation and maintenance measures
