Our office is the workplace for more than 70 employees every day – so that everything goes smoothly here, we need someone who does it, thinks it and takes things into his own hands. You will focus on craftsmanship themes around our office: you build jobs, implement rebuilds, carry out smaller repairs and ensure that our rooms are functional and well equipped. At the same time, you are our contact person for many practical topics in everyday office – from the procurement and management of materials, beverages and community areas to support events and organizational tasks. Your responsibilities include: You are planning and implementing changes in our office independently – from remodeling and designing new areas of work, building furniture and office equipment to smaller repairs and maintenance work. You coordinate external craftsmen, service providers and house management when external support is necessary. You make sure that materials, beverages and consumables are available and customize them. You take care of our common areas and make sure that kitchen, lounges and office spaces are tidy and well equipped. You support internal events, for example when preparing our pizza Fridays or events. You take over the role of the security officer and receive the necessary training from us.

You are a match for us if you bring: You have a craftsmanship or practical experience in crafts, e.g. as carpenter, carpenter, electrician, master or in a comparable environment. You have fun implementing things yourself and solving problems pragmatically. You work carefully, reliably and independently. You are not too bad to take over the everyday tasks around the office – from filling up drinks, ordering consumables to organizing greeting cards and supporting internal events. You have a good eye for order, cleanliness and working areas. You like to work with people and are service-oriented. Prior knowledge as a security officer is not necessary – we take on the training.
