Specialist Payroll Services (m/f/d)

Support in the management of the outsourced salary billing both in the context of ongoing remuneration issues and project-related Control of the monthly salary billing and control of ensuring compliance with statutory and tariff regulations in the salary billing system in coordination with the external service provider Creation of evaluations and reports for HR and Finance Support for the provision of information in the context of annual financial work in coordination with the financial department, business HR, HR services and external service providers Cooperation in the processing of enquiries in the context of economic, tax and social security checks – where appropriate in cooperation with external service providers (e.g. tax advice) and competent authorities Participation in projects also at the interface of Payroll to other areas such as remuneration, pension, finance, HR services or business HR etc. Continuous development of processes taking into account the organisational structures and the integration of service partners Support the local payroll team for projects and other topics within its range of tasks

A successfully completed commercial training or a comparable professional qualification Experiences in the areas of payroll accounting and compensation management as well as basic knowledge in wage tax and social security law Basic knowledge of project work Willingness to work on new topics and to learn continuously Embossed communication and team skills Very good knowledge of the current MS Office products Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
