Operational fleet management: You enter and dispose of our entire vehicle inventory – centrally and in the companies. You work closely with the contact persons: in our craft companies, you work together and make sure everything is running around. You're building up our pool truck and developing it. Procurement & leasing management: You take care of the selection, ordering, filming, expansion and transfer of new vehicles. In cooperation with manufacturers, leasing companies and insurers, you negotiate the best conditions. Cost & contract management: You have leasing contracts, maintenance and repair costs, insurance as well as tank and charging cards. You can identify potential savings and ensure transparency in all cost structures. Damage management: In case of accidents or damages, you can handle workshops and insurance – efficiently and solution-oriented. Controlling & Reporting: You will start regular evaluations at cost, consumption and utilization and thus provide valuable analyses for the management – including ESG reporting. Policy & Compliance: You develop and maintain our fleet guidelines (e.g. service car regulations, driving licence control, UVV) and make sure You are lived in everyday life. electrification & sustainability: You plan and accompany the transition to electric vehicles – including charging infrastructure. This actively promotes our sustainability strategy.

Your profile

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of BWL, logistics or fleet management – alternatively Kfz master (m/w/d). Multiannual professional experience in fleet management. Driving license class B. Good knowledge of life, insurance and contracting. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with a fleet software (e.g. Vimcar, Avrios, Fleetize). Negotiating skills, organizational skills and a high service orientation. German language skills in C2 level.
