Examination & Workshop Management: Planning and implementation of practical training in modern workshops as well as targeted preparation for IHK and HWK interim and final examinations. Media & Development: Creating learning materials, training tasks and training plans as well as regular documentation and promotion of learning progress through feedback talks. Project management & practical reference: organisation of project work (e.g. building automation) and coordination of external operations in assembly and maintenance departments, in particular in tunnel and traffic engineering. Culture of responsibility: Active communication of occupational safety, quality awareness and technical sense of responsibility in everyday professional life. Planning & design: creation and maintenance of current schedules, switch cabinet layouts and technical drawings using EPLAN or WSCAD. System and plant engineering: participation in the planning of medium and low-voltage systems, automation systems and infrastructure systems in tunnel and traffic engineering. Technical documentation: preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and support for interdisciplinary projects in close cooperation with project management, service and assembly.
