• Development, analysis and preparation of nursing indicators for the control of quality, personnel requirements and cost-effectiveness

• Create regular care controlling reports

• Support for personnel deployment and personnel demand planning

• Close cooperation with the PD/PDLs for personnel deployment control in the context of sub-limits and sanctions

• Interprofessional coordination with commercial controlling and personnel controlling, in particular annual and quarterly reports

• Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of MD exams according to MD quality control guidelines with focus on nursing staff

• Quality assurance and further development of standards in care

• Knowledge of nursing science, care management and health management / Health economy

• Secure handling of statistics, data analysis and key figures

• Versified handling of MS Excel and ideally BI software as well as the Clinic Planner utility

• very good analytical thinking

• Long-standing professional experience as a nurse with extensive knowledge of various processes in care or equivalent skills or experience
