• Operation of state-of-the-art construction equipment such as chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumper – partly with GPS control.
• Over-regional use on demanding demolition, refurbishment and landfill sites.
• In the context of your development to the foreman (m/w/d), you will also take over: Support in the organisation and coordination of workflows with a view to subsequent management tasks. Participation in targeted training and training measures, the costs of which we of course take over. Practical support by experienced colleagues who accompany you on your way. Perspective: independent management of a construction site team and acquisition of pre-workers after successful qualification. ### Your profile For this exciting position, you will ideally bring the following qualifications and characteristics:
