You are responsible for the complete and precise implementation of wage and salary accounting – including all upstream and downstream processes. You will set up monthly bills and ensure their quality and schedule. As a competent contact person, you support our employees as well as social security providers and authorities in the case of wage tax and social insurance issues. You take over the entire reporting and certification system. You conduct and care the personal files reliably and compliant with data protection. In addition, you prepare audits and accompany them in a sovereign way.

You have a completed training – e.g. as an administrative specialist, tax specialist, social security specialist, personnel specialist, or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on payment accounting. You have professional experience in payroll accounting. You have well-founded knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law. You're sure to deal with the MS Office package and you're ideally experiencing practice with DATEV Lohn & Lohn as well as DATEV companies online. Your knowledge of German is very good – both in writing and oral.
