As Manager Steuerberatung (m/w/d), you make a significant contribution in all areas of international transactions for equity infrastructure and real estate funds. This ranges from due diligence to expert sessions to SPA review from a German tax perspective. Interaction: To successfully run your projects (national/international), you rely on direct mandate support and communication with fund managers and deal teams. Transaction consulting: As part of Tax Due Diligence exams (buy- and sell-side), you'll get your expertise as well as in acquisition and sales structuring. Consultation: You participate in contract negotiations such as review of tax clauses and accompany internal company restructuring until implementation. Project variety: You also leave your fingerprint in international tax planning, optimal design of financing and review of corporate structures. Interdisciplinary: In the case of international projects, cooperation with our specialist brings you to the goal: in other fields and our foreign offices.

Completion in law or economics or commercial training with further qualification Tax consulting exams successfully completed expert in German and international tax law Leadership, entrepreneurial in thinking and acting, systematic and solution-oriented in project work Joy of direct communication and German and English very well in word and writing
