OXG Glas GmbH is a joint venture of Altice and Vodafone.

We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

As a working student*in Sales Project and Process Management, you support various sales projects and the development of reports You support the creation of dashboards and guide action recommendations for our fiber optic distribution You take (partial) projects and have the opportunity to accompany and design them from conception to implementation You are responsible for our knowledge portal and develop this consistently Your daily tasks include preparation, moderation and refurbishment of meetings and workshops, communication within and outside the team, creation of management templates, project plans and project tracking Some of them are new to you? You are currently immatriculated and you are ideally studying economic, social, or humanities or a comparable degree course You bring first practical experience, e.g. through internships or working student activities and are interested in Sales, Project Management and Process Management.
