For our workshop for people with disabilities, we are looking for a full-time workshop management (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

You have the overall responsibility for the workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) including production, quality and process and economic control. You are responsible for the compliance and implementation of corporate goals, concepts, standards, processes as well as the relevant legal and legal requirements. Personal management and development as well as independent coordination and optimization of resource use are an important part of your activity. You make sure that workers can participate in working life by gaining practical knowledge and skills and by promoting the transition to the general labour market. You develop work and education opportunities and initiate new fields of work. You develop and encourage networks and cooperations.

Completed educational, technical and/or business studies Comprehensive leadership experience and sound experience in conflict management, project management and structural development A special pedagogical additional training (according to the workshop regulation § 9) is desirable Strategic, process and solution-oriented thinking Embossed communication skills and a sovereign occurrence Safe handling of MS Office Car driving licence
