For our Human Resources section we are looking for you as

You support the recruitment process for our trainees. You coordinate interviews, selection tests and recruiting events. You create training contracts, certificates and other staff documents. You monitor deadlines, appointments and reimbursements in the field of training. You maintain personal and applicant data in SAP as well as in our applicant management system. You conduct and maintain the training records and ensure proper documentation. You support training marketing measures. You work in the day-to-day operations and HR projects.

You are an immatricated student, ideally focusing on economic psychology, psychology, pedagogy, economics or a comparable discipline. You are interested in the topics in training and want to gain practical experience. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. Ideally, you already bring first knowledge to SAP HR. You work independently, reliably and structured. You have a strong communication capability, are happy to work in the team and enjoy dealing with people. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You want to work up to 20 hours a week during your studies.
