Then we look forward to your application under the Job ID: MNI-130984 Total responsibility for the economic and operational operation of a regional gas station network Leadership, development and organisation of a commercial team (6 employees) Management of efficient processes in administration, accounting and operational daily business Contract negotiations with tenants, service providers and mineral oil companies and the design of relevant contracts Analysis of sales, cost and earnings indicators and derivation of optimization measures Ensuring quality, brand and compliance requirements as well as close coordination with internal and external partners

Complete business studies, ideally with a legal focus or comparable qualification as well as technical understanding. Multiannual professional experience in gas station management, mineral oil trade or a comparable leadership role. Very good negotiating and communication skills. Embossed organizational talent, leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking. High self-initiative, resilience and joy of decision. Safe handling of MS Office and experience with gas station systems or billing systems.
