Customs/Export and Materials Management Clerk (m/f/d)

You coordinate our worldwide deliveries: From testing to obtaining all necessary export documents, you keep the threads in your hands and make a smooth export. With your know-how, you can ensure that all customs and foreign trade regulations are complied with, process ATLAS export declarations and monthly statistical reports. Configure digitalization: You actively support data in our systems (Google Workspace, ATLAS Export, WMS) and help us to optimize our processes and shape them for the future. Communication with shipping companies, forwarders and authorities, as well as reviewing and correcting export documents is also your responsibility. In close exchange with sales, purchasing and production, you will ensure optimal cooperation and contribute to the overall success of our international business. Order processing: You tax the ordering of the logistics, first order and book orders, enter goods and carry out the audit.

You have a successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a merchant for industry, forwarding, large & foreign trade or comparable). You have first practical experience in customs and/or logistics. Your work is characterised by self-employment, structure and the ability to keep an overview and develop solutions even in challenging situations. You are experienced in dealing with Google Workspace/MS Office and ideally have first experiences with the ATLAS system as well as knowledge of relevant logistics IT systems (such as SAP S4/HANA). You convince by your personality: As a flexible:r and customer-oriented:r team player:in you go proactively to new tasks and like to join. You master your working day with fluent German and good English skills.
