We bring young adults with difficult starting conditions into training and that since 2008. 25,000 young people have taken part in our programme, 77 percent of them create a leap into working life with our support, often after years of unemployment and unperspectiveness. With these tasks you can also contribute your part to our mission: You carry out overtime workshops, such as social skills. You support the coordination, design and design of the basecamp program. You support young people in training in the workplace, vocational school or private sector. You advise on career orientation, career field selection and application. You are a contact person for companies, vocational school teachers, school social workers and, if necessary, Parents of the JOBLINGE participants. You set up digital and physical offers for trainees in our basecamp portal and fill the database. You organize support and language promotion and make contact with consultancy offices and cooperation partners. You are working strategically on the further development of the training management in the basecamp. You organize events and (new) offers for trainees, trainers and relevant stakeholders on the subject of training. You represent the gAG in our partner network and present the JOBLINGE concept to stakeholders from politics, business, civil society and social media.

Personality and team fitness are particularly important to us and we are looking forward to getting to know you in the application process. We would be happy if you already brought some of these hard facts: You have a successfully completed study with a focus on social science or economics, or educational reference or comparable vocational training. You like to work in a start-up mentality, have fun juggling new ideas and piloting them. You can work independently as well as solution- and result-oriented and work constructively in the team. You have the pleasure of working with different target groups, strong communication strength and a safe occurrence in dealing with decision-makers. You have experience in the care of and work with (disadvantaged) young people, especially by methods of activation and motivation, and brings passion for work with young adults. You are resilient, a coordination and organizational institution and experience conflict and crisis management.
