The ''Artificial Intelligence'' team provides scalable AI services and platform solutions that enable data-based and automated support functions to be used in operational and strategic processes. This is done through the development and integration of intelligent processes and the provision of central AI functionalities for specialist areas. In addition to operating the underlying platforms and services, existing and new AI solutions are designed and developed together with the specialist areas. The development encompasses the entire process from requirement analysis, technical design and implementation to operation and continuous development and support.

As part of your activity, you will ensure the stable operation of AI platforms, systems and connected services according to specified operational and security requirements. When monitoring, you will keep an eye on availability, performance, capacities and costs and, if necessary, take targeted measures. Incident and problem management, you analyze malfunctions, fix errors sustainably and ensure stable operating processes. Changes and releases take technical implementation, perform configuration adjustments and ensure a clean documentation. In the authorization and security administration, you manage access and implement regulatory and technical security requirements. Log and audit data help you identify risks early and actively contribute to the safety and stability of the systems. By maintaining documentation, runbooks and tests, you ensure the quality and further development of the operation.

You have knowledge and skills acquired through training and professional experience. Practical experience in the administrative operation of AI and automation platforms as well as related services in the business environment can be demonstrated.

• In addition, you will bring knowledge of common operating and security concepts, in particular availability, access protection, logging and backup. You are safe in handling IT service management processes such as incident, problem, change and release management. - Monitoring, logging and audit tools are used to monitor operation, performance and safety. Your profile is rounded off by project management skills and ideally matching certifications (e.g. PL-600, PL-400, AB-620). You are convinced by a structured, independent and solution-oriented operation in the operation of AI platforms, pronounced analytical skills, careful documentation and resilience, decision-making strength and team capacity.
