Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team at the Dresden site, we are looking for a dedicated financial accountant (m/w/d) in an indefinite fixed position with a working range of at least 35 hours a week. You will perform the following tasks: You are responsible for the holistic accounting support of the property companies assigned to you – from property accounts to debitors and creditors to Mahnwesen and payment transactions. You carry out account adjustments and clarifications and are in regular, professional exchanges with our business partners. In close cooperation with the technical object managers, you accompany the accounting process of the object-related operating and auxiliary cost accounting. With your careful work, you make an important contribution to the timely creation of the monthly and annual accounts of our property companies. You actively contribute to the optimization and further development of accounting processes and thereby estimate both structured routines and changing questions.

You are eager and enjoy working on new topics and tasks. You appreciate an activity that combines varied tasks with clear, recurring routines. You have a successfully completed commercial training. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the real estate industry or the (commercial) rent accounting – alternatively, you bring the motivation to work on this topic. You are a team-oriented and socially-competent person who appreciates the exchange with colleagues and communicates safely with different interfaces in the company. With MS Office you work routined; Knowledge in SAP (RE/FX, Classifier, FI) are of advantage, but no need.
