Personnel Officer Accounting (m/f/d)

You are part of our 7-member department and are responsible for the payroll accounting of WDR mediagroup GmbH for approx. Senior Consultant (m/w/d). As a central interface to our service provider, you ensure the quality and accuracy of the billings (containers, pensions). For this, you know our domestic agreements and business agreements. You are a competent contact person (m/w/d) for: our management, executives and employees in all questions of pay tax and social security as well as occupational pensions (we support first knowledge with further training) Benefit tax and social security checks.

You will also carry out the annual change tasks, the short-term management and the administration of the company-wide HRIS. You actively work with different HR projects and develop processes together with the team.
