Our client is an independent engineering office for technical building equipment (TGA) in Böblingen. The company plans and accompanies demanding construction projects for contractors and has successfully established itself in the fields of healthcare, research, education and administration.

Despite the continuous growth, the structures have remained consciously slender. The order situation is secured in the long term and the projects are mainly located in Baden-Württemberg.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a project engineer Supply Technology / HLS Planning (m/w/d), who plans, coordinates and accompanies demanding TGA projects independently.

Independently responsible planning and design of heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems via the HOAI performance phases 1–8 Technical design, calculation and dimensioning of installations of technical building equipment Coordination of projects with regard to dates, costs and quality requirements Support of construction sites including traceability of defects, audit of accounts and follow-up management Coordination with contractors, specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies

Study of supply technology, building technology or further education for technicians or Master SHK Multiannual professional experience in HLS planning, supply technology or technical building equipment Knowledge of HOAI and experience in the processing of TGA projects Communication strength and joy in cooperation with project participants Self-employed, structured and responsible work
