You jonglier leases like other balls? Excel tables are not a foreign language for you? You know how to keep service providers in the mood, and can you not only give up paragraphs in sleep, but also apply them? Then we're looking for you!

Your tasks: • Car rental and condominium management • Maintenance of master data and processing of daily business • Communication with service providers (Energy, Craftsmen & Co.) • Processing of legal and insurance cases • Ensuring the maintenance and management of our objects

Your profile: • Complete training as a real estate businessman/wife or further training as a real estate specialist (or comparable) • Professional experience in real estate or housing • Safe handling of MS Office and ideally WODIS Sigma • Structured, independent and customer-oriented operation • Embossed team skills, sense of responsibility and intercultural competence • Interest in technical topics and good knowledge of rental law • Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
