As an Analyst Product Management Health Insurance (m/w/d) you develop new tariffs in the bKV from idea to launch and answer the entire product life cycle. In this versatile role, you combine strategic product development with operational product management and coordinate cross-functional projects.

We are responsible for the company health insurance products of Allianz Privaten Krankenversicherungs-AG with real end-to-end responsibility. We work together hybrid, cross-functional and agile.

This is what we expect as an Analyst Product Management Health Insurance (m/w/d) Tariff development: ideas finding with sales and stakeholders, conceptual development, coordination of customer surveys, costing, IT implementation, marketing and controlling. Product care: adaptation of conditions to market and regulatory requirements, support of product ratings. Testing and controlling the portfolio for profitability targets. Special solutions: evaluation and development of customer-specific product ranges incl. Dealers. Partner management: Management of cooperation partners for special product or assistance solutions.

How to Get Health Insurance (m/w/d) A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or comparable training 3-5 years of professional experience in the insurance industry (sick, life, property or reinsurance) preferably in the bKV or bAV Intensive product experience: You have worked intensively with insurance products in your previous role - whether in product development, underwriting, consulting or similar areas Project experience: You have coordinated cross-functional projects and successfully brought together various stakeholders Macher mentality: You push things pragmatically, keeps an overview even in complex situations and brings projects to completion Communication strength: You work with various departments (e.g. sales, actuariat, IT, law, marketing) High readiness: You want to work on new topics and continuously develop yourself Interest in developing your knowledge in using new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT.
