You... are the first face for customers looking for our office. are first contact persons: in the office – friendly, competent and always customer-oriented. advise our customers in the service area on questions regarding e.g. accounts, cards, online banking or transfers. support our digital topics and familiarize the customer with digital and modern alternatives. identify customer needs and guide our customer advisors in a targeted manner. actively organize the daily process of the office and ensure smooth service processes.
