You advise our business units in close cooperation with HR Business partners and, if necessary, accompany managers on all issues of personnel and management development, succession planning and talent promotion You're burning for Leadership & Talent Development topics and taking into account current trends into account the conception, development and implementation of our development tools, talent programs and management development You conduct projects, control this end-to-end also in cooperation with external partners and are co-responsible for the design, moderation and refurbishment of workshops and training You work closely with internal and external interfaces, e.g. departments, works council and external service providers:inside

You have completed a degree in the field of BWL, (economic) psychology or comparable training with the focus on staff You have at least 5 years of professional experience in strategic personnel development, ideally in a complex business or consulting environment You are characterized by strong conceptual skills and experience in advising leaders on PE and talent management topics combined with deep expertise in modern methods of learning & development and talent management You have several years of experience in project work and bringing strong project management skills with Your outstanding analytical skills, strong target orientation and high quality standards complete your profile
