You take the qualified telephone consultation of customers who have made a construction financing request via our platforms – this is warm acquisition

You conduct structured sales talks: demand determination, presentation of appropriate financing models and professional application treatment. You will accompany your customers from initial contact to completion with a partner bank and ensure a consistently high-quality advice. You work closely with our bank partners and ensure efficient handling of the financing requests.

You own the required property as a real estate loan agent according to § 34i GewO (e.g. through a completed training as a bank/immobility businessman or a corresponding IHK certificate) You bring several years of professional experience in the construction finance consulting. You convince on the phone with your high consulting skills and communication strength on the phone. You have a passion for real estate and finance topics. Ideally, you will experience the tools of Europace and/or Qualitypool You speak German at a native language level. You are motivated to be successful in sales and achieve an attractive income.
