Designing common quality in healthcare

As an employee of quality management (w/m/d) with a focus on hospital technology, you are the central interface for the further development of our quality management system in the technical hospital environment. You ensure that legal and normative requirements are met, accompany the optimization of technical and organisational processes and support the highest quality and safety standards.

As As As Asklepios Service Technik GmbH, we support hospitals and health facilities in ensuring and developing quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance. In order to strengthen our quality management, we are looking for a lecturer on quality management (w/m/d) at the next possible time with a strong readiness to travel and pleasure at work in different hospital locations.

You plan, organize and conduct audits in hospitals and in the area of the Asklepios Group's Hospital Technology. You evaluate compliance with legal, normative and internal requirements in the field of medical technology and operating technology. You analyze processes, identify potential improvements and guide concrete action recommendations. You will start audit reports and present your results of the management of hospital technology You accompany the implementation of improvement measures and support the facilities in quality issues. You work closely with the management of hospital technology, quality management officers, medical technology managers and other departments. You participate in the further development of audit standards, process instructions, process descriptions and quality management processes.

You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification in the field of medical technology, engineering or a comparable discipline. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the hospital environment, in quality management, in medical technology or operating technology in the audit area. You have a good understanding of processes in hospital technology as well as relevant legal and normative requirements. You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented. You convince by a safe occurrence, communication strength and consulting competence. You are ready to travel throughout Germany and appreciate the variety by using different locations. You value the work at different locations, bring a high readiness to travel within Germany and have a class B licence.
