Senior Expert Conversational AI / Chatbots (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the further development and stability of our Chatbot solutions in the Conversational AI area You design, develop and expand complex chatbot-usases for different disciplines You work with Cognigy as a central Conversational-AI platform and, if necessary, brings experience from other chatbot technologies With a clear commitment, you can actively promote the theme of Conversational AI together in the team You evaluate new Cognigy features as well as technological developments, share your experience in the team and establish best practices You like to evaluiate new opportunities such as Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architectures, xApps and more You will provide technical and conceptual advice on the implementation of text-based Conversational-AI solutions You integrate chatbots into existing backend, process and system landscapes including Web-frontend development You carry out Proof of Concepts and accompany their transfer to productive use You work closely with colleagues from the Voice and Chat environment, architects and users with the aim of establishing a common Conversational‐AI confession.

You have a degree in computer science or comparable training You have multi-year, well-founded experience in the development and operation of chatbots You bring fluent German skills (C1 level) You bring very good practical experience with Cognigy or have worked with comparable Conversational-AI platforms and want to deepen Cognigy; Knowledge of Genesys is also desirable You have a good understanding of Conversational-AI architectures, dialogue design and text-based use cases You are safe in handling cloud environments as well as modern development and operating models (CI/CD, Microservices, Containers) You're programmierst routiniert in Python or JavaScript and can also rate and extend Chatbot solutions beyond low code approaches You like to work in agile teams and take responsibility through professional contribution and commitment, not through formal leadership You have the pleasure of sharing knowledge, developing topics in a sustainable manner and actively contributing to the development of a common Conversational-AI team
