Application Consultant - First Level Support / Software Solutions (m/f/d)

You introduce software solutions to our customers: You train and teach users: in new systems and applications You advise our customers on the optimal use of software in everyday work You support first and second level support in application issues You work closely with technology in integration into existing IT infrastructures You accompany small projects, such as software launches or system conversions, and document and optimically continuously process

You have a completed training in the IT field, such as a specialist informant:in for system integration, but also motivated cross-comers:inside with professional experience are welcome You have experience in first-level support as well as in the telephone service of customers: in direct customer contact on site (radus of 100km) You have first experience in the introduction or support of software solutions and have basic IT skills such as Windows, Networks and Microsoft 365 Alternatively, you bring experience from a craftsmanship or commercial environment with high IT affinity You have a class B driver's license and you are characterized by a pronounced communication capability, so you can explain complex topics in a comprehensible way You work independently and structured and have a high customer and service orientation
