The Klinik Gastronomie Eppendorf GmbH as a service subsidiary of the University Hospital Eppendorf provides patients and patients, accompanying persons, employees: in the clinic with a high-quality and diverse range of dishes. Every day, more than 2000 employees use our staff restaurant, which stands for a fresh and creative food concept. The restaurant kitchen is also designed for our event service with its own catering concept for internal and external customers:inside all events.

Your tasks:

• Careful and passionate preparation of cold and warm dishes from fresh, high-quality ingredients
• High quality awareness for a varied and tasteful offer
• Commitment to the planning and implementation of attractive buffets in the event-Catering
• Creative design of theme and special buffets
• Responsive disposition and professional storage in the kitchen area
• Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

• A successfully completed training as cook / cook
• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in gastronomy, hotel industry or community catering
• Safe and responsible handling of HACCP policies
• A high level of sense of responsibility and a pronounced service and quality orientation
• Team spirit, commitment and joy in moving something together
• Friendly appearance, communication strength and fun to use with our guests
• Safety in the preparation of fresh food, a good feel for recipes and interest in current food trends
• An esteeming, collegial approach and strong team spirit

Immunity status

An adjustment is only possible if, according to the applicable (legal and medical) requirements against the measles virus, a complete immunization or Immunity evidence is available. This must be demonstrated by appropriate documents (e.g. vaccination card) before the start of employment.
