Your tasks: You will advise our customers on the introduction of mobile ORBIS products. You align our iOS and Android applications directly on the customer systems and continuously optimize them You tune the technical details perfectly – mostly remote from the home office You carry out understandable training for administrators and professional user training for our customers You communicate with our internal teams, development and our customers You configure and check settings on Linux-based server systems Your profile: You are IT enthusiast:in and love to deepen yourself in complex topics You have a degree in computer science, a training as a specialist:in for system integration/digital networking/application developer:in or a comparable qualification You bring a high affinity for iOS and Android apps and are on a firm foot in dealing with Linux systems. Thanks to your structured way of working, you can keep track of the parallel support of several customers at any time. You shine with excellent presentation skills as well as diplomatic skills and remain always empathic and binding in demanding customer situations. You communicate fluently in German and bring good English knowledge in word and writing. A project-related readiness within the D-A-CH region of approx. 50% is not an obstacle to you Only for Austria: the minimum salary for this position is lt.
