They advise and support the management as well as educational professionals in the Children's and Family Centre Landwasser in dealing with children with special support needs – based on targeted game observations and interactions They are responsible for the planning and implementation of integration aid measures in accordance with SGB VIII and SGB XII in the Children's and Family Centre Landwasser, including in particular early funding and integration aids They advise parents and coordinate necessary assistance services in close cooperation with nurses (a), early funding centres and cost-beneficiaries They become part of the team at the Children's and Family Centre Landwasser and actively support the implementation of inclusion in this setting-up
