You accompany people with mental illnesses through a reliable everyday life and create offers that give hold, strengthen skills and enable meaningful employment. In the daily structure, you plan creative, educational and day-to-day offers, structure daily routines and promote self-employment, social skills and participation. Documentation, reports and exchanges with members, legal supervisors and cooperation partners are also included. Especially exciting: you actively participate in the construction of the new natural structure in Nagold and work closely with colleagues in Haiterbach.

You have a completed training in ergotherapy, art therapy, medical education, social education, medical education or a completed study. In addition, you enjoy working with mentally ill people, bringing empathy, sense of responsibility and team spirit with you and working independently and structured. Design instead of Scheme F: You build a new daily structure and introduce your ideas from the beginning. Sense that is perceptible in everyday life: You help people experience more self-employment, security and participation. Team that holds together: You expect a valuable and collegial working environment with around 60 dedicated employees. Development that will keep you on: Regular continuing and continuing training will give you room to grow professionally and personally. The total package: You will receive a fee according to TVöD S12 with studies, otherwise S11b, including annual special payment, benefit supplement and occupational pensions. .
