The permanent place is remunerated to EG 11 TVöD/ A 11 LBesG NRW and includes 19.5 hours per week.

You determine the needs of care at the local level and anticipate their evaluation. You present the offer structure for the respective kindergarten year up to 15.03. of the year and conduct consultations with the carriers, the Kita guides, the municipalities and the Landesjugendamt. You initiate and accompany the creation and/or adaptation measures of care places by rebuilding, extensions or by additional facilities (including through the creation of transition solutions) or removal of care places. You continue to develop childcare services in the district of Gütersloh. You write information letters to carriers, institutions, consultants and billing points about current developments and dates. You shall draw up the communication and resolution templates for the Youth Assistance Committee. You present planning data in the municipalities and their committees.
