Analysis, design and simulation of national and international production and distribution networks. Development and implementation of global production strategies, including location planning, (re-)location and network optimization. deriving the optimal value-added range and designing efficient manufacturing depths incl. Make-or-Buy decisions. Design of future-robuster factory and supply chain designs. Support in the acquisition and further development of our consulting business. above-average degree in the technical or business sector; ideally complemented by MBA or promotion. Multiannual experience in management consulting or in the industrial environment (e.g. automotive, mechanical engineering, subcontracting, life science or consumer goods industry) in the fields of strategy, production, business development or supply chain. Deep process understanding along the entire value chain and enthusiasm for cross-functional solutions. Very well-defined analytical and conceptual skills as well as safe handling of quantitative models and decision tools. Embossed initiative, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking. Communication-strong, team-oriented and empathic personality. Ability to convey complex content clearly and convincingly – in German and English. High readiness for projects in Germany and abroad.
