You are leading a team that coordinates across-the-board and strategic damage issues and supports our specialist teams in legal consulting, risk engineering services and regression. Your team is the intersection between Claims Centers of Competence in the country and the headquarters You support the management of Claims Centers of Competence by directing the activities in the decentralized Centers of Competence and for transparency to current major damage complexes Your team and you work closely with the other key areas of damage (Global Claims Steering and Claims Analytics & Enablement)

Complete university studies, ideally law or economics Insufficient experience in damage management in an international insurer Ability to analytical thinking and conception Teamability and Communication Strength Safe appearance also in an international context readiness for occasional travel (also abroad) Very good English knowledge of Word and Writing (C1) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
