You anchor QA early in Discovery and Refinement through clear acceptance criteria, test strategies and risk and impact primer You'll start and test cases for web, apps and APIs, perform explorative tests and regressions and coordinate UAT You build test automation and run it with Playwright (Web), Detox/Appium (React Native) and Postman/Newman (API) You integrierst QA checks in CI/CD-Pipelines (GitHub Actions) and provide reports as well as metrics such as Defect Leakage, Flake Rate and Coverage You work closely with Engineering and PM in the Bug Lifecycle (Jira), perform Cause Analysis and define Release Gates Optionally, you carry out load and performance tests (e.g. k6) as well as basic security checks (OWASP Top 10) and take into account perspective quality-relevant compliance requirements in the Swiss FinTech context (FINMA) as well as data protection (GDPR/revDSG) in tests

You bring 1–3 years of experience in software QA for web and mobile applications in agile product teams with You are strong in test design and precise bug reporting and clean documentation You have practical experience with at least one modern UI test framework (Playwright, Cypress or Selenium) or a clear learning readiness You have solid API testing knowledge (HTTP/REST, JSON) as well as basic SQL and log analysis skills You can work with tools and platforms like Jira and GitHub and have basic knowledge of AWS or Azure You have touch points with performance testing (k6), test reporting (e.g. Allure, ReportPortal) or test management tools (Xray, TestRail) You have ideally experience with React native automation (Detox/Appium) and Contract Testing (e.g. Pact) and know ERP or finance systems, e.g. Microsoft Business Central You dominate German and English very safely in word and writing (min. C1 level)
