Together with your team, you will ensure a correct and smooth pay and travel cost accounting for the OOWV as well as for our participations. You keep legal and tariff requirements in mind and are central to all relevant internal and external interfaces. In addition, you actively shape the digital transformation of the area. You shape the strategic development of your field of expertise, guide your team professionally and disciplinefully and promote their competences through transparent communication and regular employee discussions. Together with the relevant departments, you are responsible for personnel planning and development You control compliance with tax, social security and collective bargaining, recognize early action needs in legal and collective changes and develop practical implementation proposals Together with the personal control system, you develop meaningful key figures, analyses and evaluations and continuously ensure the quality and compliance of standards through plausibility checks. You support complex special cases in pay and travel cost accounting and ensure smooth management of the processes

You have completed your studies, e.g. Business Administration or Economics, or a successfully completed commercial training You have several years of professional experience in pay billing You have already managed teams at professional and disciplinary level Ideally, you have a training in the area of wage billing, e.g. to the wage book holder (w/m/d) You have already worked with pay accounting systems and, at best, SAP HCM identifiers In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge of tax and social security law and at best have knowledge of collective bargaining and labour law Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level C1 You are convinced by strong consulting skills, a careful and conscientious way of working and a high degree of self-initiative. Your strong communication skills and strength in dealing with conflicts complete your profile
