Takeover of pedagogical and organizational responsibility for assistance Preparation, coordination and implementation of assistance planning Promoting the development opportunities of children and young people Accompanying educational and everyday structuring processes Competence in the labelling of reports

A completed educational course or study (educator/educator with supplementary education, B.A. Social work etc.) Experience in parental work and counselling, work with family of origin Team and cooperation willingness and a high degree of flexibility Empathy and appreciation for children and young people and their families driving licence class B
