For our location in Meerbusch or by arrangement, we are now looking for a Senior P&O Lead, Total Rewards DACH (m/w/d) Job Req ID: 113723 Working time model: full time Division: DEU - DSV Holding Germany GmbH (Group) Location: Meerbusch As Senior P&O Lead, Total Rewards DACH (m/w/d) you are responsible for the design and control of the implementation of topics related to remuneration and incidental benefits in the DACH region. You are part of the Total Rewards & Labour Relations team and report to Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Labour Relations DACH.

In cooperation with the Senior Manager, you create local compensation standards within the DACH region with a focus on Germany, including the negotiation of total business agreements You tax the application of global and local compensation standards in Germany, Austria and Switzerland You tax and coordinate the participation of all collective bargaining agreements applicable to DSV Germany You create comprehensive analyses based on internal and external data for decision-making of salaries-relevant questions You shape the further development of DSV's subsidiary performance portfolio in Germany You are part of the Total Rewards network of the Europe region and brings your expertise to the design of remuneration standards applicable to the entire region After you have been incorporated, you will take over independent themes and projects (e.g. the conformity to the EU Debt Transparency Directive in DE/AT or the application of variable compensation systems)

Your basis is a completed study, e.g. with business focus and you have several years of professional experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits You have pronounced analytical skills to evaluate and interpret different data bases You have knowledge of German and good English You convince with your strong cooperation, communication and conflictability Your negotiation skills in dealing with or consulting stakeholders are yours You are safe to use standard software applications (MS-365)
